Key Responsibilities

  • •Install wiring and electrical devices, perform testing, troubleshoot electrical components, and support product quality
  • •Perform routine troubleshooting on controls/devices/wiring to support manufacturing operations
  • •Identify quality problems and improvement opportunities within electrical assembly cells
  • •Implement solutions for quality, safety, and productivity in electrical manufacturing processes and lead root cause analysis
  • •Liaise with Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering on new projects and train hourly operations employees on standard wiring and testing

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Associate's degree and prefer 2+ years of relevant experience troubleshooting or testing electrical circuits and assemblies
  • •Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (5+ years preferred)
  • •Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to interpret and use electrical schematics
  • •Strong skills using a multimeter to check continuity and measure AC/DC signals
