•Draft communications with outside parties for ongoing and expiring contracts.

Salary: USD 60,000 - 87,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant legal experience, or equivalent education and experience, required.
•Paralegal education or certification and previous paralegal experience preferred.
•General understanding of basic state and federal laws preferred.
•General understanding of contracts preferred.
•Ability to speak and write clearly, establish trust, and maintain confidentiality; manage complex assignments in a fast-paced environment.
