Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end workplace change management for initiatives like office openings, expansions, workplace tool launches, and process changes.
  • •Conduct change impact assessments and build change strategy/roadmaps aligned to broader project milestones.
  • •Assess readiness, align leadership and managers as credible change sponsors, and engage stakeholders across levels.
  • •Design and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns and targeted training programs to build employee capability and confidence.
  • •Track adoption metrics, anticipate resistance/adoption risks, and coach people managers to drive resilient adoption.
