Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical, managerial, and financial support to Principal Consultants and Associate Directors on transport planning projects.
  • •Technically lead pedestrian modelling work, including developing models, calibration/validation, and handling complex modelling issues.
  • •Prepare scope and fee estimates and help ensure delivery to budget and achievement of KPIs.
  • •Produce high-quality reports and presentations for project teams and stakeholders.
  • •Mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and support professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience leading pedestrian modelling projects and developing models end-to-end, including calibration and validation.
  • •Proficiency using pedestrian modelling software such as Legion or Viswalk.
  • •Experience with data collection and data analysis for transport planning work.
  • •Relevant BSc/MSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or Transport planning (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to supervise workload and support junior staff, with client liaison and high-standard reporting/presentation skills.
