Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the setup and management of the studio and execute operational strategy in São Paulo.
  • •Provide coaching and mentoring and manage/support staff in line with company policies and procedures, including absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.

  • •Identify individual and team learning and development needs and plan training with learning & development staff.
  • •Ensure services are delivered according to core values, established policies/procedures, and KPI’s.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar job.
  • •Very good PC skills (Office 365).
  • •Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • •Leadership/mentoring skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
