Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with procedures and processes for project services & controls.
  • •Proactively lead and direct the work of the IPMT Business Team, including business plan and budget coordination.
  • •Serve as focal point for general project assessments and performance, including ADNOC Offshore reviews and Independent Project Reviews; direct management and project reporting and presentations.
  • •Guide development and implementation of project procedures/systems for contracts, project controls, procurement, information management, and financial reporting/accounting.
  • •Direct cost/schedule estimates and periodic reporting, risk/issue weighting, change impact monitoring, and financial reporting including accruals, cash calls, reconciliation, invoicing review/approvals, and fixed asset registers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 20 years’ relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • •Knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) planning processes, planning tools, and project management techniques.
  • •Knowledge of CTR and progress measurement processes.
  • •Experience working with multinational and multicultural project teams; Middle East experience and worldwide EPC contractor/vendor experience are an advantage.
