Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering and construction projects across the full project lifecycle, including charters, execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
  • •Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; monitor performance to deliver within timelines, quality, and budgets.
  • •Manage project risks and change control, including formal change processes and effective governance/compliance with internal approvals.
  • •Review and approve engineering designs, layouts, technical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals such as shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
  • •Oversee construction, fit-out, refurbishment, renovation, and infrastructure works through site inspections; manage contractor/consultant performance, budgets, invoices/valuations, and project handover readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •PMP Certification.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in engineering and construction project management.
  • •Proven experience delivering corporate fit-out, office developments, infrastructure, and multi-site engineering projects from planning through completion.
  • •Strong contractor, consultant, and vendor management experience, including planning, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
