Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and contract performance across multiple construction management assignments.
  • •Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project performance summaries, including executive dashboards and KPIs.
  • •Support project managers with earned revenue projections, backlog tracking, resource forecasting, and budget development.
  • •Assist with contract administration tasks including compliance requirements, amendments/task orders tracking, and documentation for audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting project financials, project controls, project management, or construction management programs.
  • •Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • •Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
