Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Montessori preschool classroom for children ages 3–6, supporting academic, social, and emotional growth through close observation and individualized guidance. Prepare and maintain a prepared environment that fosters concentration and independence, deliver practical life, literacy, and math lessons (including small groups), and build respectful partnerships with children and families. Bring warmth, professionalism, and purpose to help children develop focus, confidence, and pride in their accomplishments.
