  • •AI proficiency and a track record of championing practical AI adoption and GenAI-native ways of working.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving across functions and seniorities, turning complex challenges into clear prioritized workstreams.
  • •Strong business acumen with mastery of KPIs and a commercial mindset.
  • •Fluent English; German is a big plus.
