Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead day-to-day sales floor activities to deliver outstanding customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Champion positive team culture while assisting across store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Work closely with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals through effective selling and consumer engagement, while delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring consistent service standards.
