Key Responsibilities

  • •Own performance, delivery, and customer outcomes for the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads.
  • •Develop engineers, coach teams, address performance gaps, and set clear expectations and feedback loops.
  • •Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
  • •Lead discovery by engaging customers/community/internal users and using feedback and research/usage evidence to shape roadmaps and priorities.
  • •Drive delivery end-to-end from discovery through rollout and measurement, using AI and automation to improve planning, decision-making, and operational workflows.
