Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, lead, mentor, and develop SAP Development Leads/Developers, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • •Define SAP technical standards and best practices across ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and BTP, including Clean Core principles and design guidelines.
  • •Own platform development areas (ABAP/Fiori/UI5, CPI and Work Zone, and Business Data Cloud areas like Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • •Oversee end-to-end SAP development delivery and governance, including code/document/test reviews for complex RICEFWs.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation resource for CRH, SI/AMS partners, and internal teams, managing expectations and providing status/risk reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as an SAP developer across project and support activities, including 3+ years in people-management or a team-lead role.
  • •Hands-on expertise in ABAP and Fiori/UI5, including BRF+ and workflow-based solutions.
  • •Experience with modern S/4HANA development tools and standards such as CDS views, OData, and RAP.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP BTP areas including CPI (Cloud Integration) and Work Zone, plus Business Data Cloud areas such as Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • •Experience managing SI/AMS partners and contract development resources, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
