Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of complex technical and process-oriented projects using Smartsheet.
  • •Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and maintain comprehensive plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors through workshops and requirements/solution design.
  • •Oversee system/process deployment, including hyper-care support, training, user adoption, and change management.
  • •Facilitate project/program review meetings, provide stakeholder updates, maintain documentation, and track risks/issues and project metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical field from an accredited university.
  • •8+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager or Business Functional Leader, with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • •Proven success leading enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.) and enterprise transformation projects.
  • •PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification (or equivalent) strongly desired.
  • •Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
