Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end, cross-functional process redesign initiatives aligned to strategic and financial outcomes.
•Facilitate Kaizen events and structured improvement workshops, guiding stakeholders toward clear paths forward.
•Develop current-state and future-state process maps (BPMN, value stream maps) and perform root cause analysis.
•Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DFSS) to solve complex operational problems, driving process standardization and simplification.
•Identify and prioritize automation, AI/agentic AI, and workflow digitization opportunities; partner with technology teams to translate redesigned processes into automated/AI-enabled solutions and define KPIs and governance for sustained adoption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related banking experience.
•10+ years in process improvement, including event facilitation, continuous improvement, process analysis, and operational excellence/transformation roles.
•Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is required; Master Black Belt is preferred.
•Experience facilitating Kaizen/continuous improvement and applying structured methodologies such as RCA.
•Strong proficiency with Miro, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio, plus ability to define automation requirements and work in solution design discussions.
