Key Requirements

  • •Completed university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, plus further training in strategic procurement and category management.
  • •At least five years of experience in category management, ideally in healthcare or a comparable complex environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of spend analyses, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, align different interests, and communicate confidently up to executive level.
  • •Very good SAP-MM and MS Office skills, plus strong German and English proficiency and project management capability.
