Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, directing AI deployment agents to build models, analyses, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • •Conduct business discovery workshops and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
  • •Build and configure platform solutions, including data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, then validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
  • •Drive rollout, adoption, and handover by enabling key users, managing outcomes against timelines and expectations, and documenting solution decisions for future reference.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • •Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation using PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • •Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and writing clear specifications to evaluate and iterate on AI-generated outputs (prompt/context engineering is a plus).
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise business processes and financial metrics, including knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field, with fluency in English and German.
