Key Responsibilities

  • •Support client onboarding by preparing account paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning new assets, and setting up ongoing client service communication.
  • •Handle incoming client and Financial Advisor requests by completing them directly or routing them to ensure timely follow-through.
  • •Prepare and distribute tax reporting materials for clients and CPAs across multiple yearly tax reporting periods.
  • •Maintain and update the CRM system for Financial Advisor(s) and use platform tools for mailings and reporting.
  • •Update data for quarterly client reporting, coordinate meeting materials, and assist clients with Baird Online login and document access; provide backup PAM administrative support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior work experience in financial, business, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • •Must have Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or be willing to study and obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • •Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Baird’s technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including email) and proactive, clear communication.
  • •Strong organizational skills and detail orientation with a commitment to accuracy and client confidentiality.
