•See patients across acute, primary, and longevity care over messages: diagnose, treat, triage, follow up
•Work with Counsel's AI to prepare histories, sharpen differential, and ensure patient care is guided by clinician judgment
•Maintain high standards for clinical reasoning, safety, and patient communication in every encounter
•Stay generalist to handle urgent, primary, and evolving care needs as patients come through the platform
•Mentor newer clinicians and contribute to guidelines, peer review, and clinical systems to keep care safe as the team grows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140 - 155 hourly

Key Requirements

•Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with an active medical license (10+ licenses preferred)
•3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or strong generalist mix)
•Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality
•Strong written communication; most patient care happens in writing
•Multi-state licensure already in hand or a track record of standing up new licenses quickly
