Key Responsibilities

  • •See patients across acute, primary, and longevity care over messages: diagnose, treat, triage, follow up
  • •Work with Counsel's AI to prepare histories, sharpen differential, and ensure patient care is guided by clinician judgment
  • •Maintain high standards for clinical reasoning, safety, and patient communication in every encounter
  • •Stay generalist to handle urgent, primary, and evolving care needs as patients come through the platform
  • •Mentor newer clinicians and contribute to guidelines, peer review, and clinical systems to keep care safe as the team grows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140 - 155 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with an active medical license (10+ licenses preferred)
  • •3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or strong generalist mix)
  • •Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality
  • •Strong written communication; most patient care happens in writing
  • •Multi-state licensure already in hand or a track record of standing up new licenses quickly
