Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate automated data pipelines across enterprise systems, vendor APIs, and developer platforms into Databricks with data quality gates and monitoring.
  • •Use AI agents throughout the engineering lifecycle with automated verification and adversarial review gates before production.
  • •Define measurable adoption metrics from leadership questions and deliver self-serve dashboards with caveats on aggregation and attribution.
  • •Develop and maintain executive dashboards and recurring analytical products tracking platform adoption and ecosystem health.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to source telemetry, validate data contracts, and establish baselines before/after initiatives ship.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years building production data/analytics products (Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence).
  • •Proven experience operationalizing LLMs into autonomous agents for multi-step workflows, verification, and review gates.
  • •Deep expertise in Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Databricks Workflows; hands-on scaling of Unity Catalog preferred.
  • •Expert SQL and Python, including API-based data ingestion and integrating CRM/enterprise data (e.g., Salesforce) with product telemetry.
