•Operate drilling equipment, including rotary tables, top drives, and drilling motors.
•Monitor drilling parameters and report anomalies to the Rig Manager and Drilling Supervisor.
•Enforce compliance with well control practices and emergency procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience; 3 years relevant working experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•Extensive knowledge of rig floor operations and drilling equipment.
•Strong understanding of well control principles and safety protocols.
•Good communication and problem-solving abilities in a rig environment.
•Training and mentoring of junior drillers and rig crew members.
