Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective and timely delivery of contractual obligations while maintaining compliance with JSP375.
  • •Assess competence of skilled personnel and produce high-quality Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • •Provide technical advice on MOD Safe Systems of Work and support maintenance and operational procedures.
  • •Support project work, reduce corrective actions, and identify opportunities aligned with MoD carbon reduction targets.
  • •Supervise, assess, and coach Skilled Persons to ensure safe operation within regulations and advise Senior Management Team on deficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified electrical engineer (AP tickets in Electrical are ideal, and training can be provided).
  • •Significant practical experience delivering Safe Systems of Work, especially JSP375.
  • •Confident problem-solving and decision-making while working independently across multiple sites.
  • •Experience supervising site operations, managing resources, and leading staff.
  • •A full UK driving license and willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
