Drive the technical onboarding and growth of retailers and ad channels on the Symbiosys.ai offsite retail media platform. Translate partner needs into requirements, plan and validate integrations, and ensure accurate event tracking, data/product feeds, campaign setup, attribution, and reporting. Troubleshoot API and connectivity issues, coordinate across teams to resolve launch blockers, and gather feedback to surface product and roadmap opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end technical onboarding of retailers and ad channels from discovery and requirements gathering through integration planning, data validation, launch readiness, and post-launch troubleshooting.
•Serve as a trusted technical partner by asking discovery questions, understanding workflows, documenting decisions, explaining tradeoffs, answering technical questions, and keeping workstreams moving toward launch.
•Validate event tracking, data feeds, product feeds, campaign setup, attribution inputs, reporting outputs, and related integration data to ensure launches are accurate and reliable.
•Troubleshoot integration issues involving APIs, product feeds, conversion tracking, reporting, retailer data flows, e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and ad channel connectivity.
•Gather partner feedback, identify recurring issues, coordinate cross-functionally, influence launch decisions, and surface product and roadmap opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,000 - 150,000 annually
