Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform load-in and load-out of department equipment and event elements.
  • •Assist with audio/lighting cabling as needed.
  • •Communicate event details to crew leads and follow written and verbal directives.
  • •Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and props; identify faulty equipment/damaged materials and report to leads.
  • •Comply with company and OSHA safety regulations, operate/care for work areas safely, and safely operate utility vehicles/heavy equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year(s) minimum festival, concert, tour, or production experience.
  • •Must possess a valid and current driver license and a valid and current U.S. passport.
  • •Ability to use hand tools and saws safely; identify faulty equipment/damaged materials and report issues.
  • •Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift (not required but preferred).
  • •Must be able to lift/move 50+ lbs and stand/work for extended periods (10–14 hours), including evening/weekend hours.
