Job Summary

Assemble propulsion-related structural and mechanical components using manual and automated tools while supporting production flow and quality. You’ll work with Integrated Build Teams and Team Leaders to mitigate risks using SPS, identify and escalate roadblocks, and apply KPI/BPS principles. The role includes Lean Manufacturing Systems (LMS) and 5S participation, overtime as needed, and cross-training/mentoring to strengthen team performance. This position is 100% onsite in Ladson, SC (PSC) on a variable shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine production assembly on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and equipment using manual or automated tools.
•Partner with Integrated Build Teams and Team Leaders to mitigate performance risks using SPS methodologies.
•Identify roadblocks and production constraints and escalate unresolved issues through open communication.
•Use KPI and BPS principles to improve production flow and the work environment.
•Participate in Lean Manufacturing Systems (LMS) and 5S, support overtime as required, and provide cross-training/mentoring.

Salary: USD 54,000 - 64,000

•1+ year experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures.

•1+ year experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
•Ability to meet physical job demands, including walking/standing for extended periods and lifting 35–40 pounds repeatedly.
