Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes and confidence in digital tools
•Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
•Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams to translate clinical feedback into production outcomes
•Help maintain high quality standards and meet deadlines across cases
•Support a fast-growing fully-digital lab environment by learning new platforms and adapting to the evolving workflow

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a dental technician role
•2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (full and partial dentures)
•deep understanding of digital dental workflows (including scan bodies) and best design practices

•proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and provide empathetic, professional support
