Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
  • •Follow Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise, place items on shelves and racks, and lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
  • •Ability to stand and continuously move for at least 8 hours per shift and read instructions on computer/register screens.
