Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute BIM implementation strategy on complex international projects.
  • •Provide CDE administration to project teams, manage permissions, and complete model setup in ACC.
  • •Lead multi-discipline coordination workflows: create federated models, condition model data, conduct clash detection, and run BIM coordination meetings with issue management.
  • •Create and maintain project industry framework documents such as BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and related appendices.
  • •Provide advanced guidance on 3D modelling and data management, oversee teams using Revit and/or Civil 3D, and support digital QA procedures with KPI-based compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated portfolio of data center projects working as BIM coordinator/modeller/documenter.
  • •Advanced experience coordinating multi-discipline BIM workflows including clash detection and issue management using Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, and/or ACC Model Coordination.
  • •Experience implementing ISO19650 and required project BIM documentation (e.g., BEP/MIDP/MPDT) in a project environment.
  • •Advanced ability to resolve model issues and conflicts in Revit or Civil 3D.
  • •8+ years of BIM and Digital Delivery experience with prior formal multi-discipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role experience.
