Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively manage and schedule fuel inventories to maintain optimal stock balances and ensure accurate scheduling of fuel deliveries.
  • •Schedule and monitor pipeline and truck deliveries, and assess the most effective supply mix based on available and potential supply options.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate entry, verification, and processing of bulk transactions, including payments and receivables management.
  • •Analyse supply and demand trends across assigned inventory locations and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain value and optimise supply arrangements.
  • •Create weekly CXL haulage nominations, coordinate daily with haulage providers and operational sites on delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement using quarterly KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
  • •Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Relevant experience in supply chain management within oil, fuel, or commodities, or a degree with equivalent relevant industry/professional experience.
