Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the CEO’s calendar end-to-end by resolving conflicts and prioritizing time.
  • •Prepare the CEO for meetings by managing agendas, background materials, and key talking points; draft and proofread correspondence.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met; liaise between the CEO and internal teams and external partners.
  • •Plan domestic and international travel and manage expense reporting and administrative processes.
  • •Support the VP, People with calendar scheduling and administrative help; manage select personal assistance and help run the NYC office with procedures, events, and logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or Chief of Staff.
  • •Exceptional organization with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • •High discretion, judgment, and trust when handling confidential information.
  • •Based in (or able to work on-site in) New York City; willing to travel to Connecticut 1–2 times per week as needed.
