Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new M&A opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and other M&A stakeholders including private equity, investment banks, and law firms.
  • •Analyze transaction-related risks and recommend tailored insurance and surety solutions based on client needs.
  • •Partner with internal specialists (broking, legal, claims, underwriting) to structure and implement risk transfer programs.
  • •Negotiate coverage terms and deliver commercial proposals and presentations to senior decision-makers while tracking market and regulatory trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or Economics (or related field).
  • •Minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales, insurance brokerage, investment banking, M&A advisory, consulting, or related financial services.
  • •Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions transactions and associated risk management considerations.
  • •Knowledge of transactional risk insurance products, including Representations & Warranties (W&I/RWI), Contingent Liability, and/or Tax Liability Insurance.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and ability to establish credibility with executive-level clients and partners.
