Sales Associate

Deliver exceptional customer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model, support in-store brand and product education, and assist the store team to meet sales goals. Learn and help across multiple retail areas including customer service, product knowledge, merchandising/visual presentation, and backroom inventory management. Manage day-to-day retail tasks such as POS system use, restocking, pricing/discounts, loyalty program support, and maintaining cleanliness and asset protection.
