Job Summary

Serve as an usher/greeter/ticket taker, welcoming guests and helping ensure a safe, clean, and smoothly run Truliant Amphitheater experience. Scan and verify tickets, answer questions, direct guests to seats and entrances/exits, and resolve complaints or problems. Assist guests with special needs and emergency instructions, support venue sustainability and recycling efforts, and may help with restricted-area credential checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats, and examine tickets for entry during the event.
•Maintain the venue’s safety, cleanliness, and presentation for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and verify tickets or passes for authenticity.
•Assist guests with special needs, including helping with seat accommodations.
•Support venue recycling and sustainability efforts, guide guests in case of emergency, and partner with team members to close the venue after show.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy for guest interactions.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
