Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and monitor a prevention culture, acting as a transformation agent and promoting safety practices focused on safe behavior.
  • •Engage stakeholders and align with corporate directives by evaluating technical environments and processes and proposing effective risk-reduction solutions.
  • •Deploy and monitor proactive and reactive indicators to guide actions, enable continuous learning, and instruct the team with technical safe-work instructions.
  • •Ensure assessment and compliance with applicable legal requirements and participate in accident investigations with teams to strengthen executive safety awareness.
  • •Lead improvement actions related to behavioral deviations and non-conformities, including work on audit results actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete higher education in Engineering, plus a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety (Segurança do Trabalho).
  • •Experience in the area with work in corporate and/or operational environments.
  • •Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards for logistics environments, KPI/indicator management, and systems.
  • •Availability to work onsite in the Guarulhos operation and flexibility to move between nearby operations as needed.
