Key Responsibilities

  • •Process design & optimization: Design and continuously improve consumer collections processes across all delinquency stages.
  • •Documentation & training: Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials for consistent execution across teams.
  • •Cross-functional delivery: Partner with multiple teams and external partners to implement data-driven collections improvements and coordinate rollouts.
  • •Continuous improvement: Use feedback and analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements with clear timelines.
  • •Compliance & governance: Ensure processes and communications meet local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
