Data-driven, hands-on leader responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end debt collection workflows for vehicle and device finance in Kenya. Partners with Credit/Risk, Customer Service, Product/IT, and Legal to translate data insights into operational improvements, drive automation, and ensure compliant, scalable collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Process design & optimization: Design and continuously improve consumer collections processes across all delinquency stages.
•Documentation & training: Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials for consistent execution across teams.
•Cross-functional delivery: Partner with multiple teams and external partners to implement data-driven collections improvements and coordinate rollouts.
•Continuous improvement: Use feedback and analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements with clear timelines.
•Compliance & governance: Ensure processes and communications meet local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
