•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform vehicle imaging for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, and support onboarding while following EH&S requirements.
