Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process and dispositioning of non-conforming material.
  • •Partner with Site Supplier Quality Engineering to support Supplier Quality Control and root-cause analysis.
  • •Execute and verify incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspection plans, including First Article Inspection (FAI).
  • •Manage quality containment and re-work processes to address nonconformances impacting production capacity and capability.
  • •Ensure accurate MRB data capture and communicate process performance and quality issues to drive continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a quality role and production support/quality management experience.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software.
  • •Experience with calibrated equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, Faro arm, OMM).
  • •Knowledge of GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) and ability to read/interprete engineering drawings.
  • •Experience in a facility using AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 or similar QMS standards.
