Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead program planning, execution, financial management, and stakeholder reporting across LMTF sustainment, testing, and modernization efforts.
  • •Serve as primary Cost Account Manager (CAM), overseeing budgets, resources, schedules, staffing levels, and supplier process improvements.
  • •Track and report program status and performance (cost, schedule, technical performance, operational status), and lead/participate in program reviews and readiness activities.
  • •Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory, contractual, security, radiation safety, cybersecurity, and environmental/health/safety requirements; verify deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • •Provide site-level leadership as primary Government interface, manage and mentor a 100+ person team, and direct operational, technical, staffing, safety, security, cyber, quality, and sustainment activities.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of management/leadership experience in engineering, program management, or site leadership.
  • •5+ years minimum ICBM experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an ABED accredited university in engineering/management or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience working with senior leadership levels at or within the Air Force or DoD acquisition community.
  • •Excellent leadership and communication skills, plus prior experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP).
