Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Ecosystem Development: Build and manage strategic relationships with semiconductor ecosystem partners and develop a clear ecosystem strategy aligned with the silicon roadmap and product milestones.
•Foundry, ASIC, IP, and EDA Engagement: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements, terms, timelines, and partner deliverables; evaluate partner capabilities across process technology, packaging, and manufacturing readiness.
•Advanced Packaging and Supply Chain Partnerships: Develop relationships across advanced packaging and backend manufacturing ecosystems; identify risks and opportunities across the supply chain; support capacity planning and production readiness.
•Go-to-Market and Ecosystem Positioning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to strengthen ecosystem narrative and support joint marketing, executive briefings, and industry events.
•Executive Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with senior executives at key partners; prepare briefing materials and represent the company in strategic negotiations.
