Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and assist with visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure operations are maintained and maximized while supporting a safe work environment

Salary: USD 17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to constantly move throughout the store (sales floor and back of house) and stand for an entire shift
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely climb up/down a ladder
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
