Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead identification, evaluation, and deployment of differentiated equipment and hardware innovations for high-volume manufacturing readiness.
  • •Develop and proliferate AI and equipment automation to improve equipment capability, reliability, throughput, yield, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
  • •Own and maintain multi-year manufacturing capability roadmaps aligned to Micron technology and business objectives.
  • •Bridge technology development and high-volume manufacturing organizations to accelerate deployment of new capabilities.
  • •Serve as a senior technical interface to strategic equipment/material suppliers, benchmarking technologies and coordinating cross-functional supplier initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD with 8+ years, MS with 12+ years, or BS with 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in semiconductor process development, equipment development, integration, advanced manufacturing, or technology commercialization.
  • •Strong understanding of front-end semiconductor manufacturing and process/equipment interaction.
  • •Track record of leading complex technical programs across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  • •Excellent communication and influence skills in a global, matrixed environment.
