Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Quality Control team and ensure timely testing and product/raw material release activities.
  • •Manage production laboratories, including resources, equipment, and consumables to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • •Support prerequisite programs including pest control, sanitation, and GMP, and implement global food safety and quality programs.
  • •Act as the gatekeeper for new product introduction (NPI) through the factory.
  • •Apply RCA and CAPA, using SPC and process capability analysis to resolve issues, address non-conformance, investigate complaints, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in Quality Assurance and food safety within the food manufacturing industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of food safety systems, quality management principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with HACCP, risk assessments, prerequisite programs, and food safety investigations.
  • •Knowledge of BRC, SQF, WQA, AQIS, HACCP, and GMP standards.
