Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily operations of the Kate Spade Canada ecommerce site, supporting the business plan through site updates, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • •Manage site merchandising and product lifecycle activities including catalog maintenance, launches, categorization, and assortment updates.
  • •Set up promotions and update content within Salesforce Commerce Cloud; support updates to homepage, navigation, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • •Perform daily QA across desktop and mobile to ensure accuracy, functionality, and premium customer experience; troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly reporting on traffic, conversion, sales, top sellers, and promotional performance; monitor site performance and recommend optimizations.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or digital marketing (or an education/experience combination).
  • •Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) or another ecommerce platform.
  • •Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
