Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain network optimization models for 3-5 product categories across manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and transportation networks.
  • •Develop mid- and long-term supply chain strategies with category leadership using demand scenarios, capacity requirements, sourcing alternatives, and investment decisions.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and lead network optimization initiatives to improve cost, service, resiliency, asset productivity, and capital efficiency.
  • •Perform scenario, sensitivity, and capacity analyses, validating model assumptions, inputs, and outputs for analytical rigor.
  • •Lead network optimization initiatives by managing project plans, milestones, stakeholder engagement, integrated capacity/network plans, and executive-level presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in supply chain, network optimization, operations research, manufacturing, logistics, or related analytical roles.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain network modeling and optimization.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
