Key Responsibilities

•Gather requirements and create BRDs for transaction lifecycle management and risk reporting use cases.
•Support UAT and coordinate go-live activities for reconciliation-related changes.
•Perform analysis tied to post-trade operations and cash or securities reconciliation processes.
•Work with SmartStream TLM or other enterprise reconciliation platforms to support reporting and reconciliation needs.
•Manage stakeholder communication across delivery activities using Agile practices and tracking tools.

Key Requirements

•8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain knowledge.
•Hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM or enterprise reconciliation platforms.
•Experience in requirements gathering, BRD creation, UAT, go-live support, and stakeholder management.
•Exposure to operations including Post Trade, Cash or Securities Reconciliation.
•Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and SQL.
