Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce Voltage Regulators in a continuous flow environment to meet customer service requirements and quality standards.
  • •Follow standard work and 5S; perform visual inspection of the previous operation; construct and test tap changers using standard work.
  • •Build product per work instructions using calibrated tooling and perform assembly steps through to final testing components.
  • •Conduct ratio testing, troubleshoot potential problems, and repair units/components that fail test or require changes.
  • •Work with engineering, quality, and shipping to ensure requirements are fulfilled and products are completed and shipped on time; move units using overhead cranes and power industrial vehicles.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military.
  • •Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to work overtime when required and lift up to 50 lbs while performing essential physical duties.
