Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own Metro RDA PDE technical strategy supporting advanced packaging and NPI manufacturing readiness.
  • •Build, lead, and develop teams of Metro RDA Process & Equipment Engineers with strong technical rigor and ownership.
  • •Oversee tool bring-up, qualification, and stabilization from a PDE perspective, supporting readiness reviews and ramp decision checkpoints.
  • •Develop and sustain RDA, SPC, and FDC strategies to improve tool stability, excursion effectiveness, MTTR reduction, and tighter process window control.
  • •Act as a key interface between Metro RDA PDE and Site/Global stakeholders, partnering with Quality, Automation, and IT to embed CTQs and deliver scalable RDA infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Materials, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related).
  • •10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with strong exposure to advanced packaging and NPI environments.
  • •Proven leadership managing engineering teams across process, equipment, or RDA/automation domains.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor process control, equipment behavior, and manufacturing variability.
  • •Demonstrated experience driving NPI readiness, pilot execution, and ramp to high-volume manufacturing.
