Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 9+ years (or commensurate experience), with a bachelors degree in computer science/IT (or related) substitutable as four years of experience.
  • •Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience in a VDI administration role.
  • •Proficiency with VDI technologies such as VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
  • •Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and hypervisor technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • •Expert-level troubleshooting skills to resolve complex VDI-related issues effectively, with familiarity with network, storage, and security principles for VDI environments.
