Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings per work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards.
  • •Monitor coating thickness, coverage, appearance, and curing processes to ensure products meet requirements.
  • •Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the coating process while minimizing damage.
  • •Perform routine equipment setup, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
  • •Inspect finished products for defects, complete required quality checks/documentation, and follow safety/environmental procedures and PPE requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.71 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates must reside in the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX.
  • •Experience with powder painting and industrial painting.
  • •Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and perform standing/repetitious tasks while following directions and working with attention to detail.
