Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end Australian payroll activities including payroll processing, payroll runs, and post-payroll activities.
  • •Manage payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations, and payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • •Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including taxation, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
  • •Investigate and resolve payroll queries, discrepancies, and complex payroll issues in a timely manner.
  • •Partner with Payroll Advisory, HR, Finance, and external payroll service providers to support payroll delivery and related system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years total experience with at least 6 years of relevant Australian payroll experience.
  • •Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, payroll execution, and post-payroll activities.
  • •Proven experience supporting payroll populations of approximately 1,000 employees or more.
  • •Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience supporting payroll audits, controls, and governance activities; SAP ECC payroll experience is highly preferred.
